The Ignant Intellectual Group, LLC offers Racial Equity Strategy Services. We are here to guide organizations, companies, and groups through the process of becoming anti-racist places of business. We think through barriers to equity in organizational culture and develop small-scale strategies to shift you to large-scale organizational systems change.
DISCLAIMER: We do not spend time discussing whether systematic oppressions exist. They do. We are too busy executing daring and effective strategies to dismantle them. We think through how systems of oppression show up your policies and practices and how they occasionally seep out of the mouths of your staff during interpersonal interactions. Interpersonal interactions like meetings. Meetings that likely could be emails. Oh, we also are able to think through your meeting processes and procedures to transform them into meaningful, essential and fun strategy sessions; versus mere debriefs on what each team/person is doing. BORING!

The Thinker Behind the Thoughts
My mind is feral.
It is wild. It is ferocious. It is lush.
This Libra mind of mine is constantly seeking balance. It has landed me in undesirable places. Detention. Suspension. Lengthy punishments.
This mind (on an endless quest for balance) has also liberated. Shape shifted. Impeccably challenged systems designed to keep those like me limited.
I trust my mind to create a more equitable world.
I trust my intuition to serve as supreme guide as that world is made manifest.
I am on the planet to shift thought from what is to what can be. Equitably. I am a realistic dreamer.
