We had the opportunity to work with Zerandrian Morris on one of the Institute's community outreach programs. Zerandrian is a skilled statistician, who exudes professionalism and dependability in her work.  We are very pleased with the products she delivered.
--Marilyn A. Fraser, MD, Chief Executive Officer, Arthur Ashe Institute for Urban Health

Z has been an absolute asset to every project I've had the honor to partner on. Their keen eye toward strategy, deep lived experience and accumulated knowledge has been refreshing, delightful and provided insight and nuance to our shared work.  I continue to look to Z for thought partnership and seek opportunities that may allow us to continue to work together in the future.
--Simran Noor, Principal, Noor Consulting

Zerandrian is a compassionate, dynamic and thoughtful curriculum-creator and facilitator who has a unique ability to create spaces where participants are both comfortable and challenged to engage in meaningful conversations around race, gender and identity. Zerandrian designed and facilitated sessions for Princeton University’s Ally Project, a program for staff and faculty that seeks to explore ways to better support lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender students, staff and faculty. We were impressed with Zerandrian’s ability to design an interactive session that encouraged and allowed vulnerability while challenging the way people typically think about Allyship. Thank you Zerandrian for being with us on our learning journey and we look forward to continuing this work with you.
-Jeanne Donofrio, Senior Learning and Development Specialist, Princeton University

Zerandrian is both a Board Member and Social Justice Director of UNIQUELY YOU SUMMIT, Incorporated (UYS). Since she began working with UYS in 2011, she has provided the organization the space to challenge the way we think about what a girl looks like, how a girl acts and dresses, and how a girl walks through the world. From the way we digitally express our brand, to deepening our understanding of the human construction and impact of social systems on girls, to expanding our reach from cisgender girls to "anyone who identifies as a girl", she has positioned UYS to be a much more equitable, inclusive, and sustainable organization. Thank you, Zerandrian. Your skillset is simply unmatched, your repertoire vast, and your teaching is invaluable. And did I mention she’s fun to work with?! Because that’s very important. Given the weight of the topics we engage in, fun is critical.
--Shaleah L. Sutton, President, Uniquely You Summit Inc.
"Our jobs, our families, our churches, and our friendships are systems. Some larger systems connected to other systems, but systems nonetheless. Meaning they are problematic and inequitable by design and without consistent and deliberate external interventions remain oppressive and burdensome to some and lenient and beneficial to others."
-Zerandrian S. Morris
